Every DJ sets cue points—the exact places in a track where they want to start, mix, blend, scratch, or shift the energy. Cue It Forward takes that idea beyond the music: find the right place to begin, then move one practical part of your business forward.

Jeannine / DJ JJ RockWhy I’m doing this
You don’t need 90,000 followers. People need to find your work and know how to book you.
This is part of my legacy: sharing what I’ve learned and offering support I didn’t always have. I want women who look like me—or see themselves in my story—to know there’s room for them too. You can do this your own way.

How I’ll choose
After applications close, I’ll choose one DJ based on:
Your request fits my experience.
The project would help with what you need now.
The project is manageable, and you can make time to work on it together.
No follower minimum. No random draw or first-come advantage. Tags, shares, comments, newsletter signup, calls, and purchases don’t affect selection.
Applicants will be emailed by September 18. We’ll agree on the project and start date with the selected DJ. Any public introduction will be discussed with her first.
What this opportunity includes
One DJ. One agreed project. Another request is possible only if we agree it fits this one-time scope.
We’ll agree on the work, what you’ll provide, and the timeline before starting. Ongoing support or further work needs a separate agreement.
Website: planning and building one simple page using the bio, images, music links, and booking contact details you provide. Additional pages, writing your full bio, and ongoing maintenance are not included.
Booking help: a review, tool suggestions, and a next-step plan. Setting up or managing the tools for you is not included.
No fee for the agreed work. You cover any agreed domain, hosting, and paid tools. I’ll explain setup costs and renewals before you commit. No purchases without your agreement.
Your next step
You don’t need all the answers.
A few honest sentences are enough.
